• OASIS+ SB is a multiple-award contract—firms across the nation participate. It is an
  indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) delivery style.

What is OASIS+ Contracting?

OASIS+ is a federal government-wide master contract vehicle administered by GSA and broken
out into a variety of subordinate parts and pools. ELYON via the BiC-1 JV framework is “on” the
OASIS+ 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside vehicle. OASIS+ SB vehicle affords an unlimited
ceiling on services. These services can be procured by your agency via task orders against the
specific subordinate OASIS+ SB “pools” we are awarded (listed above).
